“I think Recalibrate came along for me at the perfect time … 

Professionally, I was looking to transition from registrar fellow work to consultant life and had a few plans that have been derailed because of a global pandemic. So it was really nice to have a program to work through with a group of colleagues that were all going through similar things or at very different stages in their career. I found it invaluable to do the actual work and, reading and learning that was facilitated through the program. And it was so much different to do it with with a group of people. I think I got a lot more out of it being in a safe space with everyone actually going, yeah, all of this matters to all of us.

I think it's, it's the perfect model really .... 

That's the sort of thing that's really nice to workshop with colleagues with a facilitator leading that rather than just looking at it from a potentially, right or wrong lens, more from a period the aspect of we're all growing and we're adult learners and everything's changing all the time in medicine .... Really provided a lot of the vocabulary to help being able to communicate what I might need in a certain coaching session or also to help me sit back and actively listen to what's going other people are going through and take away what I need from that as well.”
